If you want to be the best singer you can be, these three aspects of vocal training need to be included.  Don’t think the girl next door can help you too. If she’s not professionally trained it wouldn’t be such a good idea. For the voice is a precious instrument and using it with no technique at all could damage it. Look for a professional teacher. It is also important that your vocal teacher has performance experience. It is a big plus if she/he has had experience in a variety of musical styles and musical groups... The more she knows, the better for your development.
